I have added this routine daily to make a difference in my core strength. There are so many variations and excercises to build muscle! This is mine for the week! Try it out and let me know how it works for you.
1 min plank
1 min plank dips
1 minute side plank dips (each side)
1 minute Boat pose
50 Bicycle crunches
Repeat up to 3 times. You know your body, your willingness to persist, and when to take a quick break.
As you may know, Abs are made in the kitchen! So.. pair this with eating lots of fruits and veggies. Stay hydrated, and avoid anything that doesn’t align you with your personal goals.
